Eclipse - How to show line numbers
To get the editor pane to show line numbers go to 'Window' -> 'Preferences' -> 'General' -> 'Text Editors' and click the checkbox labelled 'Show line numbers.

Otherwise, you can also type 'CTRL+1' and then "line", which will give you access to the command "Show line numbers"
